Data protection policy
Pursuant to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 ("RGPD") and its implementation on 25 May 2018, the Blanchon Group is integrating the various requirements within its organisation.
In this respect, the Blanchon Group informs you of

Definitions
- Personal data: any information relating to an identified natural person or a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person.

Identity of the data controller
The blanchon.com website is published by Blanchon, a simplified joint stock company located at 50 8ème Rue, 69800 Saint-Priest, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 390 112 88 and with a capital of €4,258,258. As such, Blanchon is the Data Controller, within the meaning of the RGPD.
